What this site collects
This website has no forms, user accounts or advertising cookies. It does not ask you to enter personal information. If you call or email us, we receive the information you choose to give.
Phone calls and recordings
Calls may be recorded for quality and training purposes. When you call (508) 389-4045, dispatch records your phone number, the service address and a description of the problem so a plumber can be assigned. If you do not want a call recorded, tell dispatch at the start of the call or email contact@proplumbingwestborough.com instead.
How we use your information
We use call and email details to dispatch plumbers, give you a price, schedule the work and follow up on it. We do not sell your information. We share the address and contact details with the plumber assigned to your job and with no one else, except where the law requires it.
Third-party content
Pages on this site embed Google Maps and load fonts from Google Fonts. Those services receive your IP address and browser details when they load, under their own privacy policies. We do not control what they collect.
How long we keep information
We keep job records and call recordings only as long as needed for scheduling, quality review and legal obligations, and then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing contact@proplumbingwestborough.com. Include the phone number or address you used so we can find the record.
