About this website
This website is operated by Westborough Pro Plumbing, 210 Turnpike Rd, Westborough, MA 01581. By using it, you agree to these terms.
General information only
The guides and service pages describe how plumbing problems and repairs generally work. They are not a diagnosis of your plumbing, and they do not replace a licensed plumber looking at the actual problem. Costs, methods and permit rules vary by house and by town.
Emergencies
If anyone is in danger, call 911. If you smell gas, leave the building and call the gas utility or 911 from outside before you call us. Do not rely on this website for an emergency that needs a first responder.
Licensing
Plumbing and gas fitting in Massachusetts are regulated by the Board of State Examiners of Plumbers and Gas Fitters. You can confirm any plumber's license through the state's check-a-license tool on mass.gov.
Pricing and scheduling
Prices are given by the plumber after the problem has been diagnosed and before work starts. Appointment times depend on the schedule and are confirmed by dispatch. Nothing on this website is an offer that fixes a price or a time.
Limits of liability
We try to keep the website accurate and current, but we do not warrant that every statement is complete or up to date. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that result from relying on the website instead of getting professional advice.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
